Fulham Told Lookman’s worth, as Aston Villa grab Shapoke

RB Leipzig have reportedly named their asking price for Nigerian winger Ademola Lookman.
The Sun UK says Fulham have been quoted fifteen million pounds for the 2017 U20 World Cup winner who was loaned out to the Cottagers in the summer transfer window.
Lookman has been in excellent form since returning to the Premier League, scoring two goals and providing three assists in fourteen matches.
Fulham are open to signing the winger on a permanent deal but the proposed deal will depend on whether they retain their top-flight status at the end of the 2020-2021 campaign.
Lookman has three-and-a-half years left on his contract with RB Leipzig whom he joined from Everton in 2019.
The former Charlton Athletic man lasted the distance as Fulham were beaten 1-0 by Chelsea in a west London derby on Saturday evening.
In a related development, Aston Villa have announced that Nigeria-eligible striker Ruben Shakpoke has signed his first professional contract with the club.
Ruben has a famous dad; he is the son of former Super Eagles fullback Jero Shakpoke who was the national team’s first choice right-back in the build-up to the 1998 World Cup, only for him to pick up a long-term injury before the start of the tournament in France.
Ruben Shakpoke initially joined Aston Villa on a scholarship contract last October but the deal has been upgraded to a professional contract.
“We are delighted Ruben has signed his first professional contract with us,Academy Manager Mark Harrison told the club’s official website.
“His game time has been hampered by injury but once he his back fully fit we look forward to him fulfilling his potential, which is very clear to see.”
Ruben has made two appearances for Aston Villa in the U18 Premier League, against Tottenham Hotspur and Fulham.
