U20 Women’s World Cup delayed due to new crown pneumonia epidemic

The U20 Women’s World Cup was originally scheduled to be held in Costa Rica and Panama from August to September 2020.
On April 6th, FIFA announced that due to the impact of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic, the U20 Women’s World Cup originally scheduled to be held in Costa Rica and Panama from August to September 2020 was postponed. Both Costa Rica and the Panama Football Association have expressed their support.
In addition, FIFA also announced that the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup originally scheduled to be held in India in November 2020 will also be postponed.
