The chairman of the newly rebranded Warri Wolves, Mr Moses Etu, has eulogised his counterpart and General Manager of Crown FC, Mr. Rollandson Odeh, for graciously paying for nine rooms at Three Star hotel located in Ogbomosho.
Etu, who is also a sport journalist said after Warri Wolves’ friendly match against Shooting Stars Sports Club, said: “I was taken aback when I arrived Ogbomosho and I discovered that Mr Rollandson Odeh has made provision for nine standard rooms in a 3 Star hotel for my players and officials. This is highly commendable from the General Manager of Ajilete Warriors and I can’t thank him enough. I hope our colleagues would take a cue from this kind gesture exhibited by this noble administrator.
While speaking on Warri Wolves friendly tour embarked considering the financial implications and logistics, Etu said that Warri Wolves belongs to the Premier League status and such, the Delta State government is ready to do everything within its means to return the club to the elite division.
He noted that, the grade A friendly matches, particularly the ones played on away venues are designed to put Warri Wolves players into shape and prepare the team mentality, physically and psychologically to feel another turf.
Crown FC hosted Warri Wolves today Saturday, 26th January, 2019 at Soun Township Stadium at 8am.
